Event on: 2019-April 24th 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

A wide variety of laws and regulations converge in the worlds of advertising and marketing. The creativity of advertising and marketing professionals is great for selling products and services, but it often leads to significant legal risks. Whether it’s false advertising, publicity rights violations, copyright or trademark infringement or one of the many other legal issues that lurk in the creative marketplace, advertisers and marketers may be operating in a legal minefield.

This presentation will explore current tips, trends, and trouble-spots in advertising law to help you maximize the effectiveness of your marketing efforts while minimizing risk.
